Important Information Concerning Online Ordering
Substitution Policy Concerning Seasonal Flowers: We do our very best to fill your order with the flowers shown in the style chosen; however please remember that all flowers are seasonal and subject to availability and it may be necessary to substitute flower type and /or color with flowers of equal or greater value. The same applies we are out of a particular container, specific basket, vase, plush or decorative element we will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.
When there is a significant change in the order requested online we will contact you by email or phone. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery Time Requests We try to accommodate all special delivery requests but CANNOT GUARANTEE an exact time of delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic and rush hour deliveries. Holiday, rush orders, and deliveries during peak business traffic may encounter some delays, please allow some flexibility or extra advanced time to ensure delivery on schedule. Please call us to arrange special delivery options.
Same Day Deliveries: Orders placed by Noon on weekdays (Monday - Friday), can be delivered same-day if product is available. Orders placed by 11 AM on Saturday, can be delivered same-day if product is available.
HOLIDAY Delivery Options: Certain high volume holidays like Valentines and Mother's Day may not be eligible for same-day delivery.

Sales Tax We are required to charge sales tax on the full amount of orders delivered within the State of California in accordance to the destination prevailing tax rate
We guarantee your arrangement will last for three to five days if properly cared for.
Always Keep the vase / container filled to the top with water. If your arrangement is in a basket or a shallow dish, please keep the floral foam saturated. For optimal results keep your arrangement in a cool place and out of direct sunlight.
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to David Jeffrey Florist. If placed between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm PST it will then be processed within the hour. If placed after 2:00 pm PST your order will be processed the following day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been downloaded and received. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by phone or email.

Changes and Cancellation If there is a change or you wish to cancel your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to accommodate request when possible. 24 hour notice is required for a cancellation of an order.
