A Romantic Ranch Wedding By David Jeffrey Events-Set-Up
We were responsible for hiring the photographer, caterer, two rental companies, wedding cake, lighting, plants, air conditioning, security guards, a fleet of 8 passenger golf carts with drivers to greet guests at the parking location and drive them to the air conditioned welcoming tent and luxury restroom trailers large enough to accommodate 300 guests and separate restrooms for staff.
The "Welcoming" tent was 60 x 40 feet, the "Reception" tent was 130 x 50 feet, the pergola ( arch) for the wedding ceremony was constructed on site and stood 12 feet tall on a platform stage that was approximately 16x16 feet. Underground survey services to locate all pipes and electrical to insure safety and no damage done to the property when installing tent stakes. The lighting and air conditioning vendors had to provide 7-8 generators for this event
